Our client is an American Owned and managed, $120 million IT Solutions and Offshore Application Development Company.  They are a leading provider of information technology, consulting and business process outsourcing services. They combine a unique onsite/offshore delivery model infused by a distinct culture of customer satisfaction.  To continue their dynamic growth they are looking for experienced Account Executives to develop business for them nationally.  Working from either their Philadelphia, Central NJ or New York City offices you will be free to bring in business from any client that is not already being covered.  They have an awesome value prop and a ton of top-shelf reference able accounts.


 


Targeting both Mid-cap and F2000 clients, you will leverage your knowledge and experience in the IT Solutions business, and your existing relationships, to drive sales. You will use your outstanding networking and consultative selling skills to secure IT Projects, and domestic or offshore application development projects and other outsourcing solutions services.   The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business.  Experience selling global solutions is required.   Their bench strength and recruiting are top notch. Simply put, if you perform on the sales end they will ensure that your projects get delivered.

Requirements: 



  • Minimum of 5 years experience selling at all management levels within mid-size firms.  C-Level sales experience is a must

  • Experience selling on/offshore blended projects.

  • Proven track record of eclipsing revenue quota targets

  • Working sales knowledge of leading IT Application Development and Data Management Technologies


In exchange for your document-able track record you will receive a base salary from $100k to $150k (d.o.e.) plus an industry leading commission plan that will drive your total earnings to over $200,000+ at 100% of plan.
